Mission
TRHQ2 is a fan site for those who enjoy the game(s)/anime/manga Pokémon (AKA: Pocket Monsters) and the characters therein. The site hosts forums for discussion, roll playing, posting fiction and artwork pertaining to, but not limited to above said focus topic. TRHQ2 is a family friendly board, allowing members to post on it.
Postings
All members of this board may post in any category (save Admin and Moderator ONLY topics and CLOSED Topics).
Input may vary from those of the site's main topic to off topic or outside the norm subjects at the digression of the Administrators and Moderators. These posts should be of FAMILY level content. ANY and ALL ADULT CONTENT SHOULD BE NOTED AS SUCH IN THE TOPIC TITLE! A Moderator shall determine whether the said subject is allowable on this site. ALL ADMIN DECISIONS ARE FINAL. Attacking or abusing fellow members of the board is forbidden, and shall be dealt with per incident. (See Disciplinary Actions)
Moderators should NOT DELETE a topic, but should move it to the TRASH for an Admin to check on it. Moderators are allowed to delete individual posts if they deem it necessary. If a post is deleted or a topic moved by a Moderator that the poster deems unwarranted, please post a note in either the Ye Old Soapbox forum, or send an email to teamrocketheadquarters2@yahoo.com for an Admin to review it. We are open to all points of view - please ask before flaming! ALL ADMIN DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

HEAVY SWEARING IS FORBIDDEN (Moderate cussing is allowed in FanFictions as long as it is noted what age group the story is targeted towards). AND MOST OF ALL, THE 'F' WORD IS VERBOTEN! PERIOD! (NOTE: Personally, I'm not even a fan of WTF either (and its many connotations) but this I will allow. )
Posts are to be in FULL SENTENCES, not WEB SPEAK.
Posts should remain ON TOPIC to that of the post's title or subject of the post's first entry - The Post Leader (the person who started the topic in the first place), the Moderators and the Admin will decided if a post is still IN TOPIC or not. These three people will first give a warning of off topic posts to the offender. Blatant off topic posts will be deleted. Chronic off subject posts will get the poster subject to disciplinary action.
SPAMMING is forbidden not only here, but on EZBoards/YUKU in general. Advertising your OWN boards, fan sites, or any other Family Friendly places you would like others to see should be done on the Blatant Self Promotions forum.

Board Presence
TRHQ2 would like our board to always be presentable to others. This means that those who wish to post on TRHQ2 must keep a clean and neat appearance. EZBoards/YUKU allows posters to use a personal picture directly under their names, and a SIG within their posts. We would appreciate it if you would first make sure your two personalized pieces meet our criteria by testing them on our sister site, SIGGIE'S, first prior to posting on TRHQ2 (This is a good idea for all EZBoards and Yuku Boards use). THIS IS MANDATORY as poorly sized SIGs or a large personal pic WILL disrupt the layout of the board's columns. A Moderator or the Admin will inform you if you are out of bounds with your pictures. If no action is taken, disciplinary action may occur. (See Disciplinary Actions)
PLEASE DO NOT CROSSPOST (The act of putting a picture in your post from an outside source) FROM A WEBSITE THAT FORBIDS CROSSPOSTING (AKA Geocities, Emote, AngelFire, etc...)! It only gets us in trouble, and in most cases disrupts the layout of the board with some STOLLEN FROM sign that's not only ugly, but usually stretches off screen. If you need a pic on site, either ask a friend to host one for you, or get a free PhotoBucket account, just like TRHQ2 now uses! Badly distorted images will be deleted and the poster will be warned.
Limit Personal Pics to 100 pixels wide, 100 pixels high please, as this is YUKU's standard.

Disciplinary Actions
If a member of TRHQ2 is found to have caused deliberate problems within the board, spammed, ignored the counseling of either the Admins or Moderators of TRHQ2, or blatantly refuses to follow the rules set forth in this forum, disciplinary actions will occur. This will take the form or, but is not limited to, a three strike system.
First Action - Written Warning - A written warning will be made to the member via YUKU's Message Center. A Moderator or Admin will post in the topic involved for that member to check their INBOX tab for a message. Use of this warning will mean that the member is on a 10 day probationary period. If the member remains within the rules during that time, no further action will be taken, and the probation will be lifted. (Please note, if the member wishes to discuss the probation on the board, that is the member's choice, as long as the member keeps the discussion civil. Disruptions and/or flaming will move the member on to either the second or third level of action right away.)
Second Action - 2nd Written Warning - This time, the warning will be given ON THE BOARD for all to see. Use of this warning will mean that the member will be banned from posting for 3 days (a cooling off period) and on probation for 30 days. Once the member returns to the board, if the member remains within the rules during that time, no further action will be taken, BUT the member will be on notice against any further discipline problems. This will last for no more than 1 year, or on Administration determination - Moderators are NOT allowed to lift this, only Administrators. Any further disruptions by the member shall proceed to the next level of action.
Third Action - BANNING of both Name and IP ADDRESS shall be made by the Administrators. If there are more than one Administrators available, a consensus shall be made on whether a banning will be permanent or not. If a tie-breaker is needed, the Moderator of the affected forum or forums shall be used to break them.
Lengths of banning/IP Lockouts shall be determined by the Admins. These will be determined by the reasons for the banning/IP Lockout. Any banning/lockouts made by EZBoards/YUKU on a global basis will of course ban the member from these forums as well, even if the member returns under a new name and IP. (If you were bad enough to be banned that way, you're not coming back - period!)
Please note, all problems can and should be discussed before they become major problems. This is why we have our email and chat boards. All problems can be discussed. If you feel you have been victimized, please don't let that stop you from communicating with us! We will look over all situations and come to a mutual understanding that suits us all!
